8. Poetry by Joshua St. Claire
Calabi-Yau manifold & other poems
Calabi-Yau manifold
all that is hidden
will be revealed
the on and on and on
of a dandelion seed
generation ship
new vintage
the scent of iron
in the marsoir
golden hour
night-scented stock
fills Rhysling Crater
seedtime
the colonists’ eyes closing
in the stasis pods
red Sol
a brown pelican trawls the seas
of Europa
stopping for a kiss
under the porch light
Alpha Centauri
the cooing of doves
filling the aerostat
cloud peaks of Venus
ansible
finally
we take heed
