19. Poetry by Katerina Bruno
were young space cadets once & other poems
were young space cadets once
contented pensioners now
iron wills flashing
a starship knows space
a captain, her mind and heart
a squiddy, just rank
space missionaries
converting sentient life
a real rarity
space monk in deep space
a high-tech monastery
long meditation
racing laser blasts
a deep space entertainment
as old as new stars
moon tycoons have strung
zip lines from space zeppelins to
tranquility Base
a deep space trash gyre
nobody understands how
no currents in space
my silver spacesuit
silver flashing memories
flashing silver death
when I die out here
timeless frozen memory
orbiting this moon
no comms out this far
I am a flying outpost
never to return
